Refunds And Returns

  • If the item has a defect, it can be exchanged or refunded within 3 days of purchase.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Customized orders, floral arrangements, and special packaging are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

  • Orders containing fresh flowers will be delivered the next day after the order is placed.
  • All other orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Please note that Friday is a non-working day.
  • During peak times or special occasions, delivery may take longer than usual.
